How do I measure my bust size?

To measure your bust, measure the circumference of your bust over the fullest part of your chest:

Tips for getting the right size for you:

  • Wear tight-fitted clothing while measuring. This will help get the most accurate measurement.
  • Please choose your size according to the size chart and not based on what your usual size is. This helps ensure that the size you order is correct according to your measurements and the product measurements. 
  • If you're between two chest binder sizes, we recommend sizing up.

How do I measure my chest size?

What You’ll Need:
- A soft measuring tape
- A mirror (optional, to check the tape’s position)

Step 1:  Stand naturally and relax your shoulders.
Step 2: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest (usually over the nipples). 
For example:

Step 3: Make sure the tape is snug but not too tight—avoid compressing the tissue.
Step 4: Keep the tape parallel to the floor and check in a mirror if needed.
Step 5: Record the measurement in inches or centimeters.

Which size should I get?

To find the right size, check the size chart (at the top of the page) and compare it with your chest measurements. A well-fitting binder should be snug but never restrict breathing or cause discomfort. If you’re between sizes, size up for safety and comfort.

Is packaging discreet?

Yes! All our chest binders come in Discreet Packaging which is plain, unmarked and unbranded.

What are the care instructions?

Hand wash
1. Use warm or cold water.
2. Lather the binder with a mild dish soap or laundry detergent, and gently wash it through.
3. After washing, gently squeeze the binder to remove excess water before air drying it.
4. Make sure to rinse the binder thoroughly to ensure all soap is removed before drying.

Machine wash
- Machine wash on the delicate or gentle cycle with cold water.
- Use a laundry bag to protect your binder from wear and tear.

Air dry
Just hang it up or lay it flat overnight, and it should be dry and ready to use by morning.

Machine dry
We advise against machine drying as exposing the binder to very high temperatures can cause it to shrink.

If you must use a dryer on occasion:
- Place the binder in a delicates bag for extra protection.
- Set the dryer to the lowest heat setting.
- Limit the drying time to 10-15 minutes.
- After the initial drying time, air dry the binder for the remainder of the drying process.

Using the dryer only when necessary and following these steps will help maintain the binder's quality.

What are some chest binding safety tips?

It’s really important that you always wear your binder in the correct size. 

If you’re starting out with binders we recommend building up the time that you wear. For example, start with 2 hours, the next day 3 hours, and so on. Build this up to a maximum of 8 hours per day.

It's also important to remember to never sleep in a binder as these are compression garments. We also never recommend double-binding/wearing two compression garments at the same time layered on top of each other.

If you experience any pain/discomfort while binding, stop binding.

This is my first binder but I’ve had lots of sports bras in the past, I can definitely recommend this product. Really great build quality, the sizing is perfect, compression is impressive. Make sure to use a tape measure to get the sizing right before buying. I turned out to be an XL and it fits great, wouldn’t go any smaller. Might end up buying the 3.0 just to see if there’s much difference cuz idk how it could get much better. Super happy with the product 👍

Very soft and breathable fabric, not tight, and by far the best binder I've ever worn. The sizes run small, so if you're in-between sizes or on the higher end of a size I'd recommend getting a size up. Very happy with my binder!

BEST BINDER EVER!!! just this year i have tried gc2b, spectrum, and underworks binders and they did NOT live up to the hype at all and were so uncomfortable and didn't even work well for me. after that i basically gave up BUT finally, i decided to order this binder a few weeks ago and OMG it was the best decision i've ever made. this binder is so comfortable and flattens me like nothing else. the first day i wore it, after a while i didn't even realise i was wearing it until i looked at myself in the mirror and i was like DAMN I LOOK FLATTTTTTT (i said this to myself, not out loud lol). but 100% it was definitely the most euphoric experience i've EVER had. i'm so happy that i got this binder and seriously can't recommend it enough :))

It looks and feels so good! My chest size is 84cm and I bought size M. It's not excessively restrictive but I think if I bought the S it would have been too tight. I have a gc2b size S and it really hurts my armpits. Also, compared to gc2b, this one has a better waist elastic which sits better on my stomach and fits better overall. Highly recommend!

(There are before and after pics for reference) This is so great in comparison to another binder I have. Straps are such a blessing lol. Flattens pry well. Especially if you are wearing layers or a hoodie or smth. Quite comfortable, kinda like a sports bra ig. My only complaint would have to be that the armholes are a little tight (might just be me tho) Oh! It also doesn’t leave as much of a weird bulge that my other one does. It’s also kinda a struggle to take off. Came early. Great product in my opinion
