Order Processing
All orders made before 2:00PM AEST are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Chest Binder Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order after shipping. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Issues regarding Delivery (Lost, Damaged, Stolen, etc.)
In the rare event that your order/package has not been delivered within the estimated delivery time frame, your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, or any issue regarding delivery of your order, please contact us via email at hi@chestbinder.co and we will work with you to investigate the issue and resolve it promptly, with as little inconvenience to you as possible. If appropriate, we will send out a replacement right away or provide a full refund. Please be assured, we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you.
