Our Phone Support Team is available Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (AEST) and we always aim to answer all calls, however, it's important to note that we are still a small team and usually receive lots of calls. At this point in time, as much as we wish we could, we sometimes can't get to every call. If our Phone Support Team was busy when you called, we recommend emailing us or sending a message to us through one of our Contact Us forms. Both Contact Us forms are sent to the same email/ticket management system. The reason we have two is because we've just launched our Help Center 2.0 which has a contact form here and we're keeping the one we have been using for a while just to make sure it can't be missed and also some customers prefer it. Our Email Customer Support Team is available Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (AEST). Upon emailing us, you will receive an automatic email reply letting you know that we've received your email and when you can expect us to respond. We typically respond in 1-2 business days. If we're receiving more orders than usual (typically during sale events or holiday events), this can sometimes cause us to receive more emails/tickets and this can cause a delay in our response times. If there is a delay, we will inform you right away in our automatic response email once we've got your email as well as state this throughout our site. We will also provide an estimated time when you can expect a response.
