We strive to deliver you the best quality and value when you shop with us at Chest Binder Co. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy before making a purchase to understand what you can expect from us in the event that you are not happy with your purchase.

Change Of Mind Returns

If you're looking to return your purchase for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer 30-day Change of Mind Returns. This gives you 30 days from the date you receive your item to send your items back to us and receive store credit equivalent to the price you paid for the returned item(s). 

To be eligible for a Change of Mind Return:

  • Item(s) must be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the date your order is delivered/received.
  • You must provide a photo of your item(s) prior to shipping so we can assess the condition.
  • Item(s) must be in 'as new' condition and not display visible signs of use/wear. They should be unworn/unused with tags and original packaging.
  • You will need proof of purchase, i.e. order confirmation email/receipt.

To initiate a Change Of Mind Return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Initiate your Change of Mind Return by emailing us at hi@chestbinder.co within 30 days of receiving the item. In your request, include your order number or proof of purchase, e.g. order confirmation email, as well as images of the item(s) so that we can assess their condition.
  2. If your Return is accepted, we'll send you the return address as well as instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that for Change Of Mind Returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fee, unless faulty. We recommend that you use a trackable delivery service. Please retain any tracking information given to you by the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for lost or missing return packages if a trackable service is not used.
  3. Once our warehouse receives the returned item(s), our team will inspect the item(s) and notify the customer of the approval/rejection of the Change Of Mind Return. If approved, a store credit (equivalent to the price paid) for the item(s) will be instantly credited to the customers store account. 

Please note: For Change Of Mind Returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee (unless faulty). 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have following the Change Of Mind Returns process above, and once you've received the returned item, make a separate purchase for the new item using store credit.

Store Credit

Store credit can be used for any item on our site. You need to have a store account to use store credit. Creating a store account is free. You can sign up for a store account here

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at hi@chestbinder.co immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Late Or Missing Refunds

We issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved - that means that the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Incorrect Address

If you entered the wrong shipping address, you can update your shipping address for up to 8 hours after confirming your order on the Order Confirmation page using the self-service 'edit address' button unless if your order has already entered the shipping process before this. 

If you have not received a Shipment Confirmation SMS/email AND it has not been 8 hours since confirming your order:

  1. Check the order confirmation email/SMS which was automatically sent to you after you placed your order.
  2. Tap/click the 'View your order' button. This will take you to the 'Order Confirmation' page for your order.
  3. Click the "edit" button next to your shipping address, enter your correct address and then tap/click the update/save button. 

If you aren't able to update it using the self-service 'edit address' button, please email us at hi@chestbinder.co and provide us with your order number and correct address and we will do our best to help you but we cannot promise anything. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. We should not be responsible if you enter an incorrect shipping address.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellation requests should be emailed as soon as possible to hi@chestbinder.co. We do our best to accommodate order cancellation requests, but we can't promise anything. We are unable to cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. If your order cancellation request is successful, you will be notified by email/SMS and the payment will be automatically refunded to the original payment method.

    Order Edits

    If you accidentally chose the wrong size or colour, please contact us immediately at hi@chestbinder.co and provide us with your order number and the size/colour changes. We will do our best to make these changes, however, we can't promise anything.
