It’s really important that you always wear your binder in the correct size. If you’re unsure about your size, contact our customer support team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be more than happy to help you. If you’re starting out with binders we recommend building up the time that you wear. For example, start with 2 hours, the next day 3 hours, and so on. Build this up to a maximum of 8 hours per day. It's also important to remember to never sleep in a binder as these are compression garments. We also never recommend double-binding/wearing two compression garments at the same time layered on top of each other. You can read our binding safety tips here.
