To claim your store credit you will need to sign up for an account on our store using the email that the money was credited too. Typically, this will be the email that you used to place your original order.

If you've received store credit, please make sure to use the same email that you used to place your original order. If you have asked us to change your email for your order or have contacted us on a different email, your credit may be added to this email.
Do I need to sign up for an account even if I have already placed an order?
Yes. The email that you enter at the checkout is just for us to stay in touch and keep you in the know with tracking updates. This will not automatically create an account on our store.
If you sign up for an account on our store using the same email that you used to place an order, you will be able to see your order history and also use any credit that is attached to that email.

We accept the good old-fashioned methods of payment, such as credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as well as debit cards that can be used for online transactions. We also offer Google Pay and Apple Pay too!
Woo, it’s on sale - so you’re basically saving money (at least that’s what we tell ourselves when something is on sale!).
Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page of the checkout there will be a box for you to enter your discount code in - make sure to click ‘Apply’!

Shipping and Delivery
Yes! The Chest Binder 2.0, Chest Binder 3.0, Chest Binder and Trans Binding Tape come in discreet, plain packaging.
We are currently transitioning all products to Discreet packaging! If a product has transitioned to 100% discreet, plain packaging, it will say "Discreet packaging" on the product page.

Think your order might be lost in transit? Although our courier quotes us 5 - 18 business days for international delivery, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe.
If your order isn’t delivered within 18 business days, please contact us and we will follow this up with the courier.
Please note: we have a 2 - 5 business day processing time. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times and shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

All orders made before 2:00PM are processed within 2 - 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

When we are experiencing high order volume (this tends to be during sale periods), order processing will likely take longer. We assure you that we are working as hard as possible to get your order shipped to you as soon as possible.

If you've entered the wrong shipping address, you have the ability to change it for 6 hours after your order has been placed.
To edit your shipping address, click the "edit" button that is displayed next to your shipping address and enter your updated shipping address.
*Please note: If you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully!

As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.
